Network Logical Layer
Every computer on the Internet has a unique Internet Protocol (IP) address, and the Domain Name System makes using the Internet easier by allowing a familiar string of letters to be used instead of the IP address. Internet Protocol Address is a numerical label assigned to each device participating in a computer network that uses the Internet Protocol for communication. Autonomous System Numbers (ASN) are unique identifiers for a collection of networks, or routers that share a common set of routing policies.

Number of Domain Name Registrations
The amount of ".tw/.Taiwan" registrations increase a lot this year, the growth rate is 553.1%. The largest percentage of domain name type is "ASCII.tw".

In terms of IPv4 address allocation statistics, Taiwan's IP address allocation number ranks 15th in the world. In the global ranking of IPv6 allocations, Taiwan ranks the 6th respectively.
