5G Mobile Internet Unit:%

  • The 5G usage rate is 26.77%, which, when compared to the 5G usage rate of 18.98% in 2020, has increased by nearly 8%. The growth continues to rise but has slightly decelerated (compared to the 16.68% growth from 2020 to 2022). Upon further comparison of reasons for not adopting 5G among those willing and unwilling to apply for 5G, it is found that addressing the contract issues for those intending to sign up for 5G and emphasizing the benefits of widespread 5G applications might effectively boost the 5G usage rate.
