Among mobile operators, FarEastone leads with the highest rate, followed by Taiwan Mobile, and ChungHwa Telecom ranking third. In fixed network services, ChungHwa Telecom maintains the highest rate, followed by Taiwan Fixed Network, while Asia Pacific Telecom (APOL) and New Century InfoComm Tech show similar rates.
