Regarding IPv6 user penetration rates among commercial ISPs, the rates can be divided between mobile and fixed network operators, with mobile operators showing higher adoption. Among mobile operators, FarEastone leads with the highest rate, followed by ChungHwa Telecom, and Taiwan Mobile ranking third. In fixed network services, ChungHwa Telecom maintains the highest rate, followed by New Century InfoComm Tech, and Taiwan Fixed Network ranking third.
